Janet and I met in Vet School at Kansas State. After we were married, we moved to Valentine, Nebraska to work with my father in his vet practice. We have three beautiful children and several hooved and fury friends sharing our lives.

This is where the story of Limit Up Quarter Horses begins.

Limit Up Quarter Horses has been a family dream since I was a young man watching my Grandfather perfect his American Quarter Horse bloodlines.

Janet has been a horse lover for many years, so between the her love of horses and my dream, we set out. In 2003 we purhased our first stud, Some Kinda Page. This was a good starting point for us and he serve our breeding program well for the three years he was with us. We were then fortunate enough to find our current stud, Misters Premonition. He was a perfect fit with our mares and has produced many winners for us. Mister is a pleasure to be around and will breed in the size, hip and muscle you are looking for.

We are located in Northcentral Nebraska, where the winds are "sweeping down the plains" on a regular basis. Our babies learn how to handle climate changes daily allowing them to adjust to the weather whereever their journey leads them.
